Robert D. Vance Essay 2

I did my interview with a marion local Robert Vance who started out by mowing lawns and became a successful operator of a hauling business. Rob's character has been to work for himself and make is own way from the time he was a child. It's part of his personaluty and he make it very clear that was his dream and his goals. Rob is in love with the idea that he can make it on his own with no help. Thats a quality that isn't seen much these days; a lot of pepole think that society owes them a debt or help rather than a do it yourself attitude. He is an example of the opposite.
